This website is a marketing site. It is not the game. The game is a separate Android application distributed on Google Play (package com.NextBestGame.PralineParadise). Ads and analytics named below run in the game on the device, not as trackers on this website.
Praline Paradise is available for Android via Google Play. It is not offered on an Apple storefront.

We do not use Google Analytics or similar marketing trackers on this website. We do not set advertising cookies here.
The web server may keep technical access logs (time, requested path, user agent, IP address) for a short period, solely for security and error diagnosis. These logs are not used to profile visitors.
If you write to us by email, we process the address and the content of your message in order to reply. We do not run a contact-form backend on this site; your mail program sends the message directly.
Fonts for this website (Fraunces and Nunito) are hosted on this site. They are not loaded from Google Fonts, so viewing the site does not send a font request to Google.
4. The game — collection of data
We ourselves do not collect or store directly personal data such as name, postal address, or email in the game unless you send it to us (for example by email).
When you play, third-party providers may collect data automatically, in particular for advertising and analytics. This happens on the device, through the game, not through this website.

Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), for example financing the game through advertising, securing the website, and answering email.
Where consent is required for the game, it is obtained through the platform systems on Android.
8. Opt-out in the game
You can withdraw consent for personalized advertising in the game at any time: Settings → Privacy & Legal → Manage consent → Do not consent.
You can also limit ads in Android settings (Google Advertising ID). Google Play is a Google product with its own terms and privacy policy.
9. Storage
We do not operate our own player database of personal profiles. Storage periods at third-party providers follow their policies. Email we receive is kept as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal retention duties.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21).
